The Metro Promo Lookup Tool was designed to give Metro by T-Mobile associates a view into text messages sent to consumers as a part of current or past promotions.
Associates can check a consumer's status, provide insight, and resend text messages that have been misplaced or mistakenly deleted.
The recent searches feature keeps the last 10 searches in close reach in the sidebar with the search field. The recent searches are cleared when an associate logs out of the tool.
