This website uses a side-by-side design that allowed the user to navigate through forms and submission data while having most of the content in view and above the fold. The multiple offer selection to the left was added in a later update. in addition to the website there are also transactional emails that communicate status and reward availability.
Transactional emails were used to communicate to the customer that their reward has been approved as well as a reminder to redeem their reward.
